Cliff Roop has more than 25 years of experience teaching physical education for grades 2-6 at Blackhawk Christian School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A one-time, part-time, tech consultant for the school, Cliff says he enjoys teaching his students and can’t imagine himself anywhere else.
Cliff is extremely active on social media – specifically Twitter, where he tweets from the account @HDPhysEd. There, he uses video to share the physical education activities and games he teaches to his students, sometimes on the daily. He also founded HD Phys. Ed., a blog and framework dedicated to informative and constructive physical education.
Additionally, Cliff developed and created Phys. Ed. Phonebook, an app that allows physical education teachers to connect with one another and share experiences, resources, and ideas.
