The Custom Paint Supply Service process begins with Fit & Fun Playscapes providing you with access to an instructional file that needs to be downloaded. It contains much of the following information and will provide access to a link to a questionnaire that will ask questions to help us begin preparing your Custom Paint Estimate. This link can only be used or accessed once. Once complete, a Fit & Fun Playscapes designer will contact you within 48 hours via email to confirm your order and to ask any follow-up questions necessary to make the estimate as accurate as possible.
Our Custom Paint Supply Services include one (1) paint supply estimate at one location, and up to 2 revisions at that location, so please take your time reviewing and considering your options, needs and budget. It will include a detailed and itemized list of paint and/ or supplies matching Sherwin-Williams product line that will be emailed in pdf form. (We recommend using Sherwin-Williams paints however, purchase of their paint is not required to paint our stencils.) If you need additional revisions beyond the three (3) sketch plans versions included, we can complete those at a cost of $15 per revised sketch plan.

Once your Custom Paint Estimate meets with your approval, we can take payment over the telephone or via check for the paint and/ or supplies. The purchase of your paint supplies will need to be made directly with Fit & Fun Playscapes, in order to have the $50 Custom Paint Estimate fee credited back. If you choose to not purchase paint through Fit & Fun Playscapes, you are able to use the paint estimate prepared to purchase other paint however, please note that different paints have different coverage per square feet and the estimate provided may not be accurate.
When payment for the Custom Paint Estimate is received, Fit & Fun Playscapes will coordinate the preparation of paint and/ or supplies with your local Sherwin-Williams store and provide them with contact information to arrange hand-delivery. A minimum of 2 gallons or 8 quarts of paint is typically required to have paint hand-delivered for free. Some exclusions may apply. Processing, preparation and delivery time is typically 1 week.

Please check package for all stencil products immediately upon receipt. If any stencil products are damaged or missing, please call Fit & Fun Playscapes within 10 business days of receipt. Fit & Fun Playscapes will determine cause and send you a replacement if damaged during delivery or for any missing stencils.
Fit & Fun Playscapes is not liable for any damaged products resulting from improper handling.
